I was very disappointed with the management's handling of my reservation. It was frustrating to be relocated when I arrived on time, especially since my company frequents this hotel for all employee bookings.

What stands out – both good and bad

The fully equipped kitchenette was a real highlight, allowing easy meal prep during our stay! Amenities like friendly front desk staff made our experience feel warm and welcoming.

Unfortunately, noise disturbances from adjacent rooms turned out to be quite frustrating, and interactions with management left much to be desired during our stay.

The staff were helpful during our stay, and the

rooms were kept very clean, which I greatly appreciated. On the downside, the shower door in our suite leaked quite a bit, making the bathroom floor wet.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored Newport Harbour and took the Block Island Ferry for some stunning views. The hotel was really clean, and we appreciated the included breakfast options. The parking was spacious, making it convenient for our group. We loved having a mini-fridge and microwave in the room.

One bummer was the indoor pool, which we really wanted to use but didn’t get a chance this time. Hopefully, we can take advantage of it on our next visit!

the bathroom could use some updating,, but the full kitchen was a fantastic plus! the staff were super friendly and the breakfast had neat choices including fresh waffles! loved the comfortable beds too! 😀

Had a great time with friends! The suite was clean and perfect for our group. We loved cooking in the kitchenette and having the chance to visit Newport Harbour and the Block Island Ferry for stunning views. Staff were friendly, and we appreciated the spacious parking and included breakfast options. We'll definitely be back!

One minor downside was some confusion at checkout about charges, but thankfully it was sorted out over the phone. It was a bit frustrating at first.

The room was clean, which was great. The kitchenette was a lifesaver with a full-size fridge and cooking tools. I also loved the Netflix-enabled TV for downtime. We got a top floor room, so it was quiet, which I really appreciated. However, the closet was quite small, not ideal for longer stays. Also, a little bummed that I saw dogs running around and didn’t expect it, but overall it was decent for a night or two.

The suite provided ample space for socializing with comfortable seating for eight. Enjoying freshly brewed coffee throughout the day was a delightful perk. On the downside, the bathroom fixtures showed wear, and despite the saltwater pool, it felt cramped. Noise from adjacent rooms occasionally disrupted our rest.

This place is just a commendable fit for short visits in North Kingstown with fantastic value. The breakfast options were pretty decent, really helped kickstart my day. If you're looking for a quick stay, don't hesitate to book early.
